Rockstar Career Moms (hereinafter “Rockstar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we may collect and how it may be used. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy describes our information collection and use practices, through our digital properties (hereinafter “Sites”), which include our websites (Rockstarcareermoms.com, and micro-sites associated with Rockstar events and related communities) and mobile applications that link directly to this policy.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you visit our Sites, we may collect the following types of information:
- Information you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, user name, address, phone number, email address and other contact information.
- When you sign on to our Sites or make a purchase with us, we may collect additional contact and payment information, payment history, profile and preference information that you provide.
- We may also collect information including, but not limited to, browser type, pages visited, device type, and time and date of visit. We may use cookies or similar technology to collect such information.
- We may also collect information about you and the device with which you access our Sites. For example, we may log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, referring website, pages you viewed, and the dates/times when you accessed our Sites. We may also collect information about actions you take when using our Sites, such as links clicked.
- We may also collect geolocation data pertaining to your mobile device. This data may consist of precise latitude/longitude coordinates and may be linked to a device ID. We may use this location data to send you relevant information and offers. Certain of our mobile applications may also use this information to determine if you are attending one of our events. If you are, we may present you with information relevant to such participation. You may control how we use your device’s location information by visiting the settings menu of your mobile device. Please note that if you limit sharing of geolocation data, certain features of the mobile application may not work.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE USED
In addition to the uses described above, Rockstar may use the information that we have collected for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Fulfilling purchase and other requests made by users;
- Providing the benefits of Rockstar membership, including non-promotional Rockstar communications;
- Operating, maintaining, improving and customizing the content of our Sites;
- Contacting members and those who visit our websites about new Rockstar products and services or upcoming events;
- Responding to requests for products, services, and/or information;
- Notifying users about updates to our Sites;
- Contacting users for marketing purposes, including by sending offers on behalf of third parties;
- For our research, recordkeeping, and reporting purposes;
- Complying with the law and maintaining the security of our Sites;
- Sending promotional information, such as newsletters;
- To provide you with user support;
- To track and measure advertising on our Sites; and
- To protect, investigate, and deter against unauthorized or illegal activity.
INFORMATION SHARING WITH THIRD-PARTIES
We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to share your information. Further, Rockstar may share information collected through our Sites with other parties, including:
- Service providers, agents, or contractors authorized to perform services on our behalf, such as providing support for our internal operations or providing website analytics for our Sites;
- Pursuant to a court order, subpoena, or other legal or government process or inquiry;
- If we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law, or that disclosure is necessary to prevent a crime, or to protect personal property, the public, or our Sites;
- As part of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Rockstar; and
- As otherwise disclosed at the time of collection or use.
Additionally, our Sites may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of our Sites. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies. Our Sites currently uses the following third-party service providers:
- Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on our Sites. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
• FeedBlitz – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications.
• Limit Login Attempts: Site Security Software to prevent hacking by collecting cookie and IP information.
• One Signal Push Notifications – This service is used to delivery optional notifications to your browser or mobile device. Opt-in only.
• Wordfence Security – Used to prevent hacking by way of cookie and IP collection.
At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in our sole discretion.
From time to time, Rockstar may also share information collected through our Sites with other reputable third-party organizations whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you or to deliver on our behalf Rockstar advertisements to you on other websites you visit. We may occasionally send you messages from third-parties on their behalf, and you will be able to opt-out of future third-party offers if you choose to opt-out as set forth below.
We may allow advertisements to be placed on our Sites by third-party organizations. These organizations may collect web-reporting data on their placed advertisements.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Sites may provide links to third-party websites or apps that we do not control and that maintain their own privacy policies. You should review the privacy policy and terms of use of all third-party websites that you access.
ANONYMOUS DATA
From time to time, we may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This type of anonymous data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Examples of this anonymous data may include analytics or information collected from cookies.
PUBLICLY VISIBLE INFORMATION
Certain information created by you may be publicly visible on out Sites. Examples of this publicly visible information may include your username and any comments posted to the Sites.

Information gathered by cookies or similar technologies may be used for our business purposes such as analytics, research, digital advertising, and operational purposes. Cookies may also be used by third-party services, such as Google Analytics, as described herein. Users may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies, by our Sites, by using a corresponding setting of your internet browser and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. However, certain features of our Sites might not work without cookies.
ADVERTISING
Display Ads – We may use third-party advertising companies to serve content and advertisements when you visit our Sites. No personally identifiable information is shared with our Sites’s ad providers.
Retargeting Ads – From time to time, in order to market Rockstar we may engage in remarketing efforts with third-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, or Instagram. These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our Sites.
Sponsored Content Tracking Pixels – Our Sites may engage in sponsored campaigns with various influencer networks, brands, and agencies. All sponsored content is duly disclosed in accordance with the FTC’s requirements. From time to time, these sponsored campaigns utilize tracking pixels (aka web beacons), which may contain cookies to collect data regarding usage and audience. This information is collected by the sponsoring company to track the results of the campaign. No personally identifiable information collected by our Sites is used in conjunction with these tracking pixels.
Affiliate Program Participation – Our Sites may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into our Sites. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions. Should Tallawah participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and utilizing links to Amazon.com. As part of the Amazon Associates program, our Sites will post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track our referrals to their website. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales.
Newsletters – On our Sites, you may subscribe to our newsletter (coming soon), which may be used for advertising purposes. Newsletters may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. This allows our Sites to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user.
RIGHTS RELATED TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Opt-out – If you do not wish to receive information about new Tallawah products and services, third-party offers we may send you, or upcoming events, you may opt-out of receiving promotional Tallawah communications by sending an email request admin@rockstarcareermoms.com. You may also opt-out of future email communications by following the unsubscribe links in our emails. You may also notify us at admin@rockstarcareermoms.com to be removed from our mailing list.
Access – You may access the personal information we have about you by submitting a request to admin@rockstarcareermoms.com.
Amend – You may amend or update the personal information we have about you by submitting a request to admin@rockstarcareermoms.com.
Forget – In certain situations, you may request that we erase or forget your personal data. To do so, please submit a request to admin@rockstarcareermoms.com. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes or to complete transactions, or when required by law.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
At no time should you submit sensitive personal information to our Sites. Examples of sensitive personal information includes your social security number, information regarding race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, criminal background, or trade union memberships. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
Our Sites do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16.
